- Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and any accompanying documentation.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been altered or customized as per customer request.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide instructions for returning the product, including a return address.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or incorrect items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other reasons: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: If your return is approved, The Refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your request is approved , the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
Once the replacement is dispatched , it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

- Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
